In the end, I'll send you a package with all the files you'll ever need, both for printing and for online use. About a month after your new identity is launched, we check in — either through an asynchronous video update or a short call, whichever you prefer. I review how your brand is working in real life, point out what’s performing well, spot areas to improve, and suggest next steps. If you need extra elements to grow your brand, we can add them at this stage.

In further collaboration, I help implement your identity across social media and online communication, create promotional and print materials, and design and execute a cohesive website. The start date for your project depends on my current workload - I usually have my schedule booked about a month in advance. The process of creating basic branding, including the logo family, color scheme, and typography, typically takes 4 to 5 weeks. For more complex projects, we break them down into stages, and for each stage, we set an individual timeline together.
Yes, it is possible to order a logo on its own. However, I strongly recommend choosing at least the basic branding package, as it allows you to create a cohesive and strategically considered brand image. A logo alone is often not enough for a brand to become truly recognizable and effectively attract the right clients. With the package, you receive not only a complete logo family adapted to different media and formats, but also a carefully selected color palette and brand fonts. This makes creating aesthetically consistent and professional materials — both online and offline — much easier, helping your brand make a strong and memorable first impression from the start.

To secure your spot in my calendar, a 50% deposit of the total project value is required. The remaining balance is due before the final files are delivered. For multi-phase projects, we will agree together on a staged payment schedule aligned with the project timeline.
If your company is registered outside Poland, your invoice will be issued under the reverse charge VAT mechanism. This means no VAT is added on my side, and the tax is settled by you in your own country.
Yes, of course. The payment is always divided into at least 2 installments: 50% at the beginning of the project and 50% after completion. For more complex projects, we can agree on an individual payment schedule based on the project scope and workflow. If you need to split the investment into more installments to better fit your budget, please let me know at the beginning of our collaboration. We will find a solution that feels comfortable and fair for both sides.
Of course! The transfer of copyright occurs when you sign the agreement with me. You will find the relevant clause in it. As the creator, I will always retain the inalienable moral rights to the project. These allow me to identify myself as the creator of the project and supervise how it is used.
It’s a natural concern — that’s why my design process is never based on random aesthetics, but on strategy, research, and a deep understanding of your brand. Before any design is created, we go through a discovery phase to clarify your goals, audience, and values. This ensures that the final proposals are not a guess, but a deliberate response to your business needs.
